Cubitt Terrace, Clapham

This project in Clapham Old town saw Hughes Design and Build take on a Victorian terrace which had not been modernised in over 35 years. The work involved installing new plumbing and electrics throughout the house in addition to a new kitchen and bathroom. Bespoke elements such as the wood panelling and in-built tile shelves in the bathroom along with restoration of the parquet flooring and original stain glass windows ensure that this is a glamorous London pied-à-terre for the new owners.
